Payment

On this website of Pajone Foods House, once your order has been accepted, this represents an agreement between you the user and the restaurant. The cafe has sole responsibility for this order. Cash payments are made directly to the cafe fulfilling the order. If you have chosen to pay with credit or debit card or other electronic payment method on the Platform either bank cards or other means, then the transaction is processed by YooMoney, Moscow.

Please ask in store for terms relating to any discounts offered.

Delivery and/or card charges are calculated per order and based on the policy of our individual cafe.

Depending on time and distance of delivery, prices are subject to change and all goods are subject to availability.

Also, our main delivery partner – Yandex, closes from 21:00 daily, meaning you need to factor that in your order, especially in longer distance locations from our headquarter address.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel an order up to the point the order is sent to the cafeteria. This is normally within 10 seconds from the point at which you placed the order within the YooMoney Platform.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that is based on inaccurate information, despite every effort we are making to ensure that accurate pricing and descriptions are maintained on this application. 

An order may be subsequently cancelled by any of our cafe after you have received a notification stating the order has been accepted through the YooMoney platform and our partner cafeterias reserve the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, and will notify you of any of such cancellation.
